All of our fibre to the building Home Connect internet plans are unlimited (so there are no excess data charges ever!), and on our low contended network (the number of users sharing the same data capacity); meaning a higher quality of service and a more consistent speed. Cloud Connect provides direct private low latency connection to AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Hyperstack CX, Softlayer Direct Link, Office 365 and/or Oracle FastConnect. Cloud Connect provides you with direct layer 2 private connectivity to multiple public clouds meaning you no longer have to traverse the internet to access your cloud infrastructure, with the added benefit of egress data cost reduction for those high traffic web properties.
Network Monitoring & Maintenance
We can offer a customized monitoring and maintenance contract to suit the size of your network and monitoring requirements, also provide the maintenance and technical support as required and/or outlined in the agreement. The agreements are on a per port/per device basis. Network maintenance & monitoring allows us to receive monitoring alerts such as flow-based bandwidth analysis, firewall log analysis and archiving, monitoring availability (maintaining up time), packet loss, CPU & memory, disk usage, interface availability & performance monitors.

Alpha have a network of qualified and experienced network technicians, engineers and support staff available to provide remote or on-site support for all support requirements, including but not limited to; DNS management, web & mail hosting configuration, network hardware configuration, software upgrades, firmware upgrades, network configuration changes, server configuration, server support, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure audits & network audits. Technical support is $165 per hour, with discounts available under maintenance contracts and monthly block hour contracts.
